These terms apply to your use of unconventionalrealestate.co and the free information and inquiry tools provided by Unconventional Real Estate ("UCR," "we," "us"). Information and inquiries

The site offers general information about real estate, educational resources, and ways to contact UCR. Submitting a form, downloading a resource, or booking a call does not create a client, agency, employment, lending, investment, or joint-venture relationship, and does not obligate either party to enter a transaction.

Any paid service, course enrollment, property transaction, or partnership requires its own applicable terms or written agreement. Pricing, scope, payment obligations, and cancellation or refund terms for those arrangements must be reviewed separately before you commit. These website terms do not replace a signed agreement.

No professional advice or guaranteed results

Site content and downloadable materials are general education, not individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, or lending advice. UCR is not a lender. Consult qualified professionals about the documents, financing, taxes, and laws that apply to your circumstances before acting.

Examples, testimonials, interest rates, down payments, savings, timelines, and returns describe particular scenarios or experiences. They are not a promise that a property, financing structure, rate, approval, saving, or outcome will be available to you. Your use of the site

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate someone, submit unlawful or harmful material, send spam, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or collect other users' information without permission. You must be legally able to enter any agreement you choose to make with us.

Content and downloadable resources

UCR and its licensors retain rights in their original site content, branding, and resources. You may view the site and use a free downloaded resource for your personal, lawful purposes. You may not sell, misrepresent authorship of, or commercially republish our material without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Outside links and availability

Links to social networks, scheduling tools, education providers, and other resources take you to services we do not control. Their terms and policies apply. A link is not a guarantee of that service's accuracy, availability, or results. We may receive compensation for some referrals; relevant relationships should be disclosed with the recommendation.

We work to keep the site useful and functional, but errors, interruptions, and outdated information may occur. The site and free resources are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. When you submit an inquiry, we may respond about that request. This does not by itself enroll you in automated marketing texts. Please let us know if you no longer want optional follow-up.

Updates and contact
